Actually it starts with a phone call, but that’s only to arrange our first meeting. We’re nice folks who use plain English, but for us to deliver the best possible service and solution, that can’t be done over the phone, by email or carrier pigeon.
Although every project follows a unique process relevant to its own issues and requirements we generally work to a 4 stage methodology:
Discover
- The Brief Define the brief with you the client.
- Analysis / Research Getting to know you the client, your business structure and the issue(s) in hand.
Define
- Brainstorming Collaborative brainstorming with you the client, our creatives along with any over people who are relevant to the project.
- Strategy Formulating a plan to cover all aspects of the project.
Design
- Initial Ideas & Mood Boards Creation of an initial grouping of ideas and concepts.
- First Stage Design Presentation Development of design concepts created with the you the client.
- Second Stage Design Presentation Further refinement of design.
- Final Presentation Your sign off on the finished project.
Deliver
- Roll Out The launching of all aspects of the brief.
- Management If required, ongoing tweets to the strategy to optimise performance.
